Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) apply to the sale of products through the online shop operated by RUAN CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). By placing an order, customers (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) are deemed to have agreed to the Terms.
Article 1 (General Provisions)
These Terms shall apply to all matters related to the purchase and sale of products and the use of the Company’s online services between the Customer and the Company.
Article 2 (Orders)
1. Orders shall be placed through the Company’s website.
2. Upon receiving an order, the Company will send an automatic confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.
3. A sales contract shall be deemed concluded when the Company’s staff sends a separate email confirming the order.
Article 3 (Payment)
Payment shall be made by credit card only.
Article 4 (Shipping and Fees)
1. Products will be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service).
2. Shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer in accordance with the fee schedule shown in the table below.

Article 5 (Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations)
1. The Company will accept returns or exchanges only in cases of initial defects or incorrect shipment.
2. Returns or exchanges due to the Customer’s convenience will not be accepted.
3. Cancellation is only permitted before the Company sends the order confirmation email. Once the order has been confirmed, cancellations cannot be made.
Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
The Customer shall not engage in any of the following acts:
1. Placing orders with false or inaccurate information
2. Purchasing products for resale purposes
3. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
4. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 7 (Disclaimer of Liability)
1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by natural disasters, circumstances of shipping carriers, communication failures, or any other reasons not attributable to the Company.
2. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the products.
Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All intellectual property rights related to the images, texts, designs, and other content published on the Company’s website belong to the Company. The Customer may not use them without authorization.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising between the Customer and the Company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
