Introduction to Gunma Factory Facilities
◾️Clean Room
Even in rooms that appear clean, countless tiny dust particles and debris are actually floating
in the air.
At our Gunma Factory, we use a pressure-differential system between rooms to prevent the entry
of contaminants, along with a state-of-the-art air conditioning system equipped with
high-performance filters to control airborne particles.
This enables us to manufacture products in a thoroughly hygienic environment.
◾Air Shower
Dust and dirt, as well as bacteria, fallen hair, and body hair, can adhere to the surface of
clothing.
These are foreign substances that must never contaminate the products and must be prevented from
entering the clean room.
Before entering the clean room, workers change into high-hygiene workwear specifically designed
for cleanroom use and pass through an air shower, where high-pressure jets remove any particles
adhering to their bodies.
