Personal Information Protection Policy

Ruan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) acquires and uses personal information necessary for its corporate activities. From the standpoint of protecting personal information, we hereby establish the following basic policy regarding the handling of acquired and used personal information:

Regarding the Handling of Personal Information

   Purposes for which customer personal information is obtained and used**

   With the exception of our company's outsourcing of operations as stated in item 4 above, we will not provide any personal information entrusted to us by customers to third parties. In particular, we do not lease or sell personal information to list brokers or competitors, nor engage in any similar acts. However, this does not apply if the customer permits it, or if we receive requests for information disclosure based on legal regulations from judicial, administrative, or similar authorities.

   Disclosure of personal information**

         - However, this applies only when we can confirm that the request is from the individual.

         When providing it to the following third-party service providers that offer the CAPiCO service:

         - Recipients: Irogrum Inc., LINE Yahoo Co., Ltd., Google LLC, TikTok Pte. Ltd., Meta Platforms, Inc., Meta Platforms Ireland Limited
         - Categories of personal data provided: Name, email address, date of birth, purchase history of our products/services, and other personal information necessary to achieve the purposes below.            - Purpose of provision:
         - To understand purchasing trends of our products/services by customers.
         - To cross-reference customers' personal information with the information independently held by the recipients.
         - To optimize advertising delivery destinations and improve the accuracy of advertisement distribution.
         - In addition, for the usage purposes defined by each recipient.

      When a request to disclose personal information is made by a customer, we will disclose it only if it can be confirmed that the request is from the individual.

   Our company strives to maintain our customers' personal information as current and accurate as possible. We will respond to disclosure requests from our customers, and if any incorrect information is found, we will promptly correct it.

8. 8.

   If our company is using a customer's personal information and the customer requests cessation of use, we will promptly take measures to stop using it. However, we may not delete information that is minimally necessary for the operation of our company.
